Could have been a stop loss triggered. That was yesterday morning, I was watching level 2 at the opening and no one had bids above .001 at 9:30AM. 2mins before opening someone dumped a quick 5000 on the bid and PERT jumped on the ASK @ .0011 with only 5000 to sell but absorbed 3 orders that added up to almost 200k in the first minute of trading. I tried to put a buy order pre-opening for .0011 but it would not execute in time before those other orders were executed.

Maintaining this PPS above .0025 is impressive with NO news released yet about the merger.
