Well, they claimed to have turned over everything they had, and as of today they have 30 days to produce what UWBK requested. So, either they played dumb like they did not understand the request or they have nothing more than can produce and will have to do some serious backpedaling. Delaying as much as they can, but in 30 days they have some serious explaining to do if they can't produce the documents.

IMO, they dont have the entire administrative record and the deal making is about to begin.
