Never heard of that, I am not the attorney here. Their claim was they will be settled by Feb 1st. Its my understanding if you own and operate a business in most if not all States the said State will require Cooperate State and City tax along with Workman's Compensation Premiums, since they are claiming to have 5 employees and suggesting of hiring more, public information. A 30 day wavier on a Cooperate move to file status, maybe (they will still need to pay the State all fees involved from day one thus public record), however the State will still need to address our question(s) of their exact and complete residency whether temporary or not.
