Here is a start, contact the Secretary of State (Colorado).
I tried the Attorney's General Office in Colorado but was forwarded to Sec of State. Tell them you own shares of Neomedia, assuming u do, just to be upfront with them, give them your name and address. Ask for a complete physical address of Neomedia in Boulder or elsewhere in Colorado, remind him that they are a publicly traded company who is claiming to reside in your State and that your request will also include any COMPLETE temporary address(s) they are using. We need to settle this location issue as a group. Business's in any state pay State taxes therefore this is public information and the Secretary of States Office will be forced to oblige especially if they receive numerous emails. Go even as far as supplying links where Neomedia claims that they are in Boulder, least that’s what I did. Secretary of State Colorado email is: administration@sos.state.co.us Physical address is: Secretary of State Colorado
Department of State
1700 Broadway Suite 250
Denver, CO 80290
