and yes i've seen the posts about how much you lost...amazing amt of cash-50K right? wow. And you had to learn the hard way, and so did I, and i'm sure the same with all of us here. So we don't have time to educate the newbies imo. Let them do their own due diligence. And wasn't there a huge company that did a R/S a few years ago? Can't remember the company and i'm sure there were more. And we can learn this info in advance by reading the filings.
