Great Technical Analyis.

As usual, I enjoy and respect your work. Technicals are a great complementary tool.

However, In today's TECO risk/reward, I think the fundamental RISK exceeds all technicals. My question to you is at what price points to we SELL?

Technicals are supposed to show both entry and exit points, correct?
