What I gather from today's hearing is this, many of us here will save a small fortune in taxes once this thing is finally concluded. Yes we all wanted things to be over but waiting little while longer won't hurt any of us and a 15% capital gains tax rate will be a whole lot easier on our wallets than the percentage we would pay if the settlement were taxed as if regular income.
