Wade, re THK / PrimaryAds. Looks like pretax earnings contribution would have been around 920k from PrimaryAds, had they been included for the full Q1. (Check out the PR regarding the closing of PrimaryAds).

Pretax income in Q1 was 1.4MM with no contribution from PrimaryAds, so one could conclude that PA would have been around 40% of earnings on a pro-forma basis.

Of course, they've added a few more companies since then, so this is a fluid number that should go down over time.
