Low Floater. Gold Mining. Up on all filings. Quality CEO. Stock has a history of providing dividends and not messing with the shares.

Anything below .01 is a steal. Profits will be made all the way from .10 to $$$ depending on when they start pulling out Gold.

Too much history of mining stocks making runs, not to be in this.
