Andy, I will give you some advice since 99.99% of your posts are nothing more than opinion or speculation. If I were you, I would start adding IMO=In My Opinion or JMO=Just My Opinion bcuz all of the bashing and negative comments that you post here and on any other boards can come back to haunt you. Since you are not stating that these comments are just your opinion then it would be considered that you are stating facts. Only those of us who know you really know that this is not the case at all. A new person to the board or let's say FLRE's attorney comes on....well lets just say that I doubt he will look at it like it is your opinion due to the way you post. So, just trying to throw you a bone.

What triggered this was your post telling natedog to buy and all the reasons why management, glover, con artists, etc. It was nothing more than opinion and speculation that the pps was going down and these were the reasons. Figured you are going to get yourself in a lot of trouble soon. Some ppl were sued just last year for posting opinions and bashing some companies and the companies came back and sued. The bashers got their arses waxed....lost big time. I would say FLRE would have a very good case againt you here with what you have posted.
