Just trying to piece the dd together. The subsidiary of Palm Health Care International and the Nairobi plant (51% ownership of plant) seem key. The Oct 6, 2011 conference call is very indepth with a decent amount of information of what is going on including the difficulties the company has had. Seems to be a very honest call with several big things going. Whether they hit or not is yet to be seen.
