Jagman.....it is indeed a big issue for new technology companies, among others, that are in need of development/financing prior to selling its product commercially.

In terms of FASC, I think that problematic stage has now passed.

But clearly, small public businesses don't have anywhere near the clout or political connections that big business has....and are subject to the whims inherent in that situation.

The Stockgate situation doesn't sound much like the American way that I was taught growing up, whereby the little guy has as good a chance to make it as anyone else....with a lot of hard work.
