In another 45 to 60 days, it will have been 1 full year since the deal was announced by KUNI. He has succeeded in dragging the investors along for 10 months from the original announcement and is 2 quarters behind on financials.

Maybe complaints should be filed, IN MASS, with the S.E.C. for KUNI's actions with the question- Is there a real problem or has KUNI just "Scammed" us. The Investors are definately due some answers from either KUNI or MAXWELL !

We have all been very patient, but it is time to either "Fish or Cut Bait"..........Enough is Enough........A Scam that Looks Like a Scam, Smells Like A Scam and Feels Like A Scam {at this point} may just well be a Scam !

It is a Shame the the OTC and the SEC lets companies "Lead the Investors on" like KUNI has done with us.............
