I do not say that we can correlate the numbers with certainty but, if I remember well, yesterday's volume was 1,600,000 shares traded and over 500,000 went very early this morning.
Now if you look at dunitb4's last reports, Veltex issued 2,070,000 shares between the end of the day, the 27th and the end of the day the 28th.
Granted they may have used these 2,000,000 shares to pay for services, but I suspect, many of them ended up in the market.
What I wonder is: why would Veltex (or whoever they gave the shares to) offload the last authorized 2,000,000 shares they have, on the day the price happens to be as low at it was yesterday?
If they are that needy for immediate cash or cash equivalent (notwitstanding the claimed revenues of the company) what will they do from here on?
Presumably, we should see audited financials within a month and they should help us confirm very healthy ongoing results and outstanding projections.
I must admit I am very confused by the behavior of this company.
Roger
Patiently,
Roger
