ahahahahahaha so i called ETRADE today to inquire about my 90 day restriction...

and i started talking to the guy on the phone about ATRN and he goes "let me pull it up here---oh...OH...wow...whaaat? let me just get the 6 month ch---WOW. what is going ON with this thing?"

i proceeded to sum it up as best i could, and dude was surprised. he said "y'know, normally we don't suggest that you buy OTC stocks, but man...what is going ON here?" he thanked me, and said he was definitely going to look into it.
