Tom was definately aware of the situation early in the day, he was definately upset with the situation, and he has said he found out what happened. I'm sure he will want to read the response carefully before disclosing anything at this point. He has a good idea how delicate the situation is for the company at this point. They had a lot of momentum going into getting the products on the shelf and I'm sure he doesn't want to lose that.

I personally will wait to hear what he has to say, verify what I can thru other means, and trade accordingly. Try not to speculate too much until he has said what he has to say (LOL). Nite all...
