Kozak left Ants in November at the latest, probably earlier...unloaded all his shares, late filed his sells. The deal with IBM never got beyond testing the software...IBM requested a lot of changes...ANTS didn't have the money to do it...IBM not selling it....the deal with the unnamed major utility company was likely a phantom deal...so Ants never had to explain itself....the main business of Ants at the end was to issue stock hand over fist to death spiral financiers in order to pay Kozak his salary and his bonuses.

There is no business now..it's a shell company...website has not been updated in over a year..no one answers phone...the only thing left to do is for someone to buy assets for next to nothing...shareholders get nothing....penny stock traders are trading this stock between them..greater fool theory in effect...watch your back.
