Accumulation being lower than before the run is due to profit takers and dilution. Cbis always dilutes into runs not enough to crash the stock but enough to drag it down over time. Cbis won't crash, rarely does unless it gets fluffy news that pisses people off. Will slowly trickle down until the next or campaign. Even though I don't think the current one is over yet. The pr campaigns usually last from beginning of feb until April. But eventually the stock will go back to sub penny just have to wait.
