Hey Tex I believe financing will be contingent on some sort of reverse split. Would you lend millions of dollars to this company with this share structure sitting on this exchange? Knowing your exit strategy is contingent up in the behavior of a bunch of pinky traders?

An R/S does not have to be a terrible thing IMO. Sure it's better to have more shares but the first sign of news and upward movement there will be a fire sale to recover losses. Management knows this so our only option is to let them execute their strategy and see if they can make the shareholders whole again.

Again with a proper market valuation the stock becomes more attractive to quality investors. I don't see how they can get the financing required to launch a global company with this messy share structure. I could always be wrong of course.
