it's hard to say. so much of the focus now has shifted from jobs to europe. it's interesting how the financial media pumps and then bashes, depending on who they're shilling for at the moment. on bloomberg i was hearing a few bearish views about china today, mostly related to falling demand for goods out of europe, but also due to overbuilding taking a bite out of copper consumption.
i could see US equities weathering the europe recession okay, and also handling china's growth easing, even a renewed arab spring with high oil prices, but all of this at once might be another matter.
i've already got some TVIX and am hoping to see $10 or $11 as a bottom now.
