But the well qualified executives at Neomedia Technologies ensured us it was in the best interest of shareholders. Are you indicating that these respected executives mislead its shareholders? Are you saying that these executives hyped the company and its product to unbelieavable levels to reap benefits for themselves? If only there was a true set of events to reinforce such claims.....
