Thanks for info sunspotter. To be honest i hadnt spotted that and i had reviewed this filings many times in last couple weeks. DM and PATB and Pittera are easily noticeable, which of course are directly involved with PHAR either through merger structure or present transactions.

Hope and pray the new victims in DM/KC scam will dig deep below the fertilizer(manure) so as to not lose so much hard earned money.
