Myrtle have you read some of the other boards, shareholders who claim to talk to management are saying purchase means sale of less than 100 percent of the ownership of the property and the deal is more like or actually is a JV.

They could be right or they could be wrong. There is a difference between a purchase and a JV and the update said PURCHASE and the company, despite the ambiguity, has not claried the issue on its web site for some reason-perhaps because it really is an outright purchase of at lease some of the property, perhaps the gordon pipe.
