It does matter. They are on the NASDAQ not OTC pink sheets. Being on the NASDAQ carries stringent requirements as you may know on good standing as well as reporting. Being on the NASDAQ would be very valuable to them if they were indeed 'only concerned about seling shares' They are in the production and distribtion business of movies not selling stocks.

They are busy making deals so they can make money and secure streams of revenue. Thats what WE as investors ALSO WANT them to be doing. That being said, we are also interested in preserving our equity. But I believe firmly that SAPX wants to remain listed and that they are making preperations....
