Doesnt take a long time to figure out what is going on here.
I attended a dog and pony show of thiers at a resturant in a very small community. They couldnt answer the most simple of questions.
Their business plan was expressed as signing HUGE contracts to distribute music for free. Who the hell is going to only listen to their "downloaded" music on qtrax software. This is fundamentally flawed.
I googled brilliant technologies and happened along this forum. One of the few pieces of information that I could find. That's how I got here.
My understanding is they have raised between 4-6MM in this community alone. Through non-accredited investors might I also add. And why the hell are they in Simcoe of all places?????
Brilliant Technolgies "the parent" co is worth only 5MM.
Valuation is not adding up.
