Any company information" already "released to the market through press releases can then be openly and frequently updated as to Company progress regarding subject. Rollback, Marketing campaign, phase 1 business plan, product rollout etc.

All of the suggested topics of discussions could easily be discussed as far as updates on previous statements, PRs, reports ,stages of developement of an already laid out phase plan.

Its the FOWARD statements of subjects not already put out into market through press releases that would be considered inside information. Some of the emails posted in the past and some of the phone conversations posted about with HOWARD are clearly deemed insider information, if they in fact happened.

The Safe Harbor Act speaks clearly about forward thinking statements after each PR a company releases. After released to market, the the subject can updated in a CC by Company.
