One and the same. But each of the 138,000 shares were entitled to the FS. They sold the FS early but in fact at the time they were selling prior to the FS payment date the float was 1 and the OS was 11. On May 20th, the payment date, the OS increased to 33M but a HUGE short position existed because the 1 free trading share had been sold short 138,000 times.
