JESSICA STOPPED PLACEMENT TURNED INTO PUMP AND DUMP!

TEA WAS SOLD, PAID FOR AND PLACEMENT WAS MADE BY OUR BROKER DENNIS DONCHEZ WHICH I FUNDED UNTIL I WAS TERMINATED JULY 29, 2011.

I alone funded PLACEMENT AND SOLD TEA Broker Dennis Donchez to make same Placement at Tampa US Foodservice we already made at Allentown, Pa US Foodservice. Both locations "bought and paid for Pallets of product in bottles and bag in box for placement." We also had several other US Foodservice locations Nationwide pending as well as other business.

When I was terminated July 29, 2011 all placement efforts ended! Tampa, Florida US Foodservice had an aggresive sales promotional campaign planned that Dennis agreed to but Jessica Gutierrez did not follow through on US Foodservice sales promotion agreement. Jessica only paid Dennis a minimum for 6 weeks after I left and not for our ongoing travel required for National Placement efforts scheduled! Soon reputation of new management of Jessica Gutierrez traveled throughout US Foodservice and more! Stealth Stock Promoters of of Jessica Gutierrez were pretentiously promoting her as a great business leader and smearing me and later Dennis Donchez. Everyone bought into it and stock was pumped for 900% run! Reality in the real world was a whole different story than the Jessica Buffet story told here and now nobody likes the consequences and some falsely claim that I' am part of it screaming scam again yet it is only my opposition with regulators that has the cornered. If not for my opposition we already would have a new 4th Tocker as NDCI with RS and another pump and dump going on!

Instead shareholders did not get trampled back to no bid with post RS stampede exit leaving them with 2.5 Cents on The Dollar and Jessica Gutierrez, Calvin Ross and Larry Johnson are stuck at no bid like Shareholders however "Truth and Justice" is still coming and they cannot continue dilution fleecing public in FRAUD!

Greatest loss was Major Grocery Chain buyer through C & S Distribution Dennis signed. The Grocery Chain buyer wanted product delivered through their established C & S Distribution system and we complated deal with C&S, vendor number and everything! Dennis negotiated very good slotting fees with the Grocery Chain buyer of only $3,000 per SKU!

Jessica failed to pay the negotiated slotting fees although she lied about fees and deal Dennis made on IR Portal January 29, 2012 like many of the other numerous lies, deception, defamation and misinformation she posted there.

After Jessica liquidated over 100+ pallets of good tested Tea to Wham at great loss, got paid on many PO's, Dilutive Share Selling, Dennis still did not get paid for ADDITIONAL Placement planned and scheduled! Then he was not paid anything at all for weeks, Jessica lied to a buyer and did not follow through on business commitments, Dennis's name started being smeared like mine was! Promoters began advocating for his termination it was then that he realized the truth about Jessica Gutierrez. He was told excuse after excuse from Jessica for not paying him and she promised payment but it never happened.

Dennis contacted me and told me everything and I suggested he contact Larry Johnson and tell him everything before Jessica ruins everything. I asked Dennis to not ruin business relationships established and that we would try to work through this very difficult situation for repair if possible. He tried to reach out to Larry Johnson but never got return text, phone call or emails. He than sent a resignation letter to Larry Johnson 1st and then Jessica Gutierrez and still has never been paid. He has been threatened by Calvin Ross numerous times to be silent. Jessica even had HFBG Corporate Counsel contact Dennis for silence but counsel got a real surprise as a result of that and many more to come.

You would think they would start mitigating damages by making their 1st actual placement but continue deception trying to appeal for RS and Name Change with regulators by further cooking of the Books, amending OTC Filings and IR Portal disclosed lies and deception that will not work!
