Gansu Hongxin's is a huge auditing firm. I looked up a few of their clients in the past and a lot of these companies are quite large and trade publicly in China.
Yasheng sells product to some big name companies in China (McDonold's, KFC, Tsingtao Beer, ect...). They spent the time & money to get caught up on all filings and are keeping current on them, so I would think they still have plans to uplist. The 10Q's are even audited.
The stock price is an issue though, but obviously that's the reason they're exhibiting at a few major investment shows this year.
