Exactly, IMO this is genius! Noticing that the RSI is in the over bought range, what a better range to dilute! BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO!! No penny stock does not dilute to get their new business running :)

So this is perfect I can't wait to see the PPS sky rocket!!
