Options Media Group Holdings, Inc. (OPMG)

Somebody smarter than me tell me what this means: these big guys own illume which we (OPMG) now are owned by them or they own 40% of OPMG as well? Or does OPMG fall under YAS? If the specs are right in PR?
Are these guys, (see other acquisitions) building a new conglomerate?? Does it matter that Illume was just acquired a few days prior to our reported merger?? Or ....?

2. 3 of them, Grobicki, Nikolich and White are listed as Executives with YAS - a venture capitol/angel group that invests in seed/start up companies...

3. YAS Broadband Ventures, LLC - has illume listed as a Merger/Acquistion on 1/27/2012, bottom right corner......is this a game changer for anyone?
