Agrred, this smacks of a promo- unfortunately you never know which ones staircase up like NSRS over a dollar and which crater like so many. The key is to identify them by unusual volume and fluffy pr's like TRON late Friday and trade em. I usually end up buying and selling several times which means a lot less maney than I could have made but sleeping well.
