Possible but highly unlikely.

What would a MM have to gain by hanging out on a message board.
I'm not saying that is entirely impossible but not likely IMO.
VFIN plainly showed the power they have to control the market Friday without any message board.
But You definitely can't rule it out either.

Some says VFIN does that when the company is diluting...
But we will find out that soon enough also.
