If they were to spend that amount of money repurchasing shares, the PPS would soar well above a dollar and remain there, IMO. Now would be the optimal time to do so due to all teh shorts out there. Announcing a buyback would cause an eruption in PPS.

If you are going to believe what the other guy said, let me sell you some stock.
