For a lot of you that were asking how a software that attempts to prevent texting and driving can distinguish between a driver holding a phone, or a passenger holding a phone....

Some company called Trinity Noble claims to have solve this problem with an "in-car signal jammer".



Looks like a cumbersome solution, but I guess it works.
