Thats my point now. The things we are discovering now about what has gotten us to this point was born out of misleading PRs and Mgt practices that are very non transparent . Its being operated like former shell but with MGT claiming they are long gone.

The old items at the very beginning are just research that is just, live and learn battle scars, of getting a product off ground.Thats nothing to drell on, i agree.

Since Howard perfected AQUAPRIN in 2007 ,thats when my research that i put together shows a pattern of deception. We as you say knew about shell, but after digging to find out first connection DM and BMGI had to HOWARD was through a relationship Monte Waldman had to DM 6months prior. He ends up CFO.
Thousands of shells to choose from, why choose one like this when background is horrific. Howard lied at beginning, no ifs ands or buts.

Look again at this link again at all the pics, words almost just like now. Its the one that is why IMO there is a pattern happening and that is whats causing me to get to the bottom of.
Ill bet no one had seen this article prior to me posting and not a word of this from Howard. I was aware and was lead to believe that prior failing was as much a result of product failing as anything. This 2009 PHAR was 2yrs after product perfected. Why does this not bother anyone ?

What happened to that recent private huge plans of the perfected product with other peoples money raised. You hear nothing. Whats happening now with the almost exact scenerio unfolding but with PUBLIC money . Again we hear nothing.

I have took losses in past and just rolled over and moved on. This time i will not sit idle if i find something fraudulent in any way form or fashion. Might not get investment back but maybe being exposed will cause others not to get screwed.

If all is on up and up, i will be the first to get back on positive posting.

Compare this link SURFGUY and then look at "post public Phar" with web info, with claims in PRS that have no credibility because nothing checks out. Even totally putting out old Aquaprin and FDA warnings etc, just take 2009 private PHAR hype with 2012 public PHAR and what you have and are having is a pattern of failings at investors expense and you here absolutely nothing from MGT/CEO as to what or why.
There are other actions rather than accepting as is. Its Just a matter of do we just let it continue to happen over and over to others.
