i dont disagree with anything you have said but as i have pointed out it dont matter. since when does the us govt obey the law. when does fair honest and decent enter into any federal banking policies actually foolowed. nope. in teh end the sleazo crooks will screw us all. at least ill make a few bucks and have a nice sandwhich at panera.
