I have locked shares in SFIO still. I came across an interesting website for getting your company off the DTCC chill. I don't know if this is different from a global lock. Nonetheless I found this interesting.

I've moved on from this long ago and accepted a total 100% loss. If the global lock ever gets lifted, well I'll consider anything I can get as a bonus.

Just wanted to share this because it was interesting to me, but I'm not trying to give hope.
