I cannot conceivably understand why a CEO would go on and on about a proposed acquisition through e mail updates ONLY, without pumping out PR's to attract hapless buyers into a a possible scam. It just doesn't make sense. What would Kuni hope to gain by lying about this to 'existing shareholders only'? I know my emotions and thoughts flip flop on this a lot but I still can't understand why he would keep pushing this profitable acquisition plan with no real (some dilution perhaps) or obvious insidious intentions? There's no logic to it.
