IMO it's not coming and even if it does, it will be such a farce as Mr Lehrer has valued this company before and has been WRONG EVERYTIME. Last time I was here this was trading well over $1 What happened?? Looks like a few people are a little underwater on this one,, All except the ones selling shares and pumping.. Valuation of $6 a Share You got to be kidding me. Based on what, thin air!! thats all this company has even been..

And we all know how that worked out.. Newbies you need to do some DD and also see who the mod is there..

IMO why you have not seen more PR here is they are starting to run scared. The SEC is cracking down more and more on these penny scams. And with the players behind this one, its a pretty sure bet that the SEC is watching them as they should be! The Miami branch I am sure are watching you guys!!

So everyone here is waiting on this great evaluation by Dr. Kenneth E. Lehrer. Mr Lehrer has valued this company MANY TIMES BEFORE and has been WRONG EVERY TIME. Which now confirms the only thing that has changed with DHSM is the Name and the share structure to RE-dilute.

So let back it up a little farther. DHSM was International Merchants Advisers before the name change earlier this year, before it was IMAI it was Nexus Nano Electronics, Inc.. Now now, look who had his hand in financing, valuation etc for Nexus nano?

TELL Me isn't so! Is it Dr. Lehrer? Of course it is.. in 2007 he valued Nano at $4.3Mil,, we see how all that worked out..

So in a Nutshell (or corporate shell in this case) Dr Lehrer has had his hands deep into Data health systems, International Merchants advisors, Nano Electronic, and Sagamore holdings.. and again these are ALL THE SAME company the only thing different is they keep changing the names..

All along I thought Gaffney was behind this but, I have come to a new conclusion that Dr Kenneth Lehrer is one of the key players. he is a very consitant common denominator (Well there is another but, I will wait to disclose them. HOUSTON WE HAVE CONNECTIONS, pun intended) and also the one's who have the brains to pull all this off! Also interesting Dr. Lehrer has NOT had an Active Series 7 since 2002
