I think that the increase is already "baked in" to valuation at this level, and is well known.

The nagging question remains at what valuation price did Asher get the shares, and how many.

Because if their's are par .0001, I can flat out guarantee we'll see .0001, and then without funding Rod will be forced to 10:1 reverse split us into OTC oblivion.

But let's hope that isn't the case.
Either way, there is truly NO GOOD reason for the increase to 1.5 billion. If they had the ability to get real funding vs the choke-hold funding from Asher, then...
