I hadn't received any replies from the company despite multiple attempts and then someone on here stated that they prefer a more congratulatory approach when one emails them, and then they are more apt to respond. I always use a friendly approach anyway, but I turned it up in another attempt, and that is when Tom finally write back.

Now he always responds to my emails and is very responsive to suggestions I make.

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!
