Could it be possible that they are giving themselves these bonuses because they won't be there in the future? Or at least not in the position of authority they are in now...

If they get bought out they will no longer have control of EVERYTHING and will likely not be able to bonus themselves without going through and more intelligent (board) ie someone besides themself...

maybe right now they're motto is "get it while it lasts"

another thought that goes with this motto ^^^^^ is once we reach a peak in sales, consistent sales without the 200%-300% growth rate this bonus plan will be pretty much minimal since its based on NEW sales... too bad theres not a clause that states if they drop in sales they take it out of their check :) talk about a real incentive lol
