Have followed the company for 3 years now. I am a Large shareholder. Have thought the company has been going in the right direction for 6 months now. Have always wished Danny would just come out and say no R/S on a CC. (Since you're asking), and he hasn't yet. Hopefully he won't have to. Only time will tell. If he doens't dilute any more and can use cashflow for expansion, that's a major plus. If he has aspirations of a larger exchange then, it will unfortunately probably happen someday unless he does a buyback.
