either way, i'd now like proof that:

a) mark dyne is STILL on the board of directors

b) mark dyne is associated with brilliant digital in any way.



mark dyne was honestly never a factor to me. this is all about the chart, shedding kazaa, and the next few Q reports. mark dyne is just a pleasant accessory to it all.

so even if it can't be proven that he's still on the BOD or associated with BD, i won't care, because i don't think it matters if he's not.
