I sold about 70% of my shares today at the high, I think I might repurchase them monday if the share price is low.

This registration is just an option they will retain to raise money in the future (until it expires in 6 months if I remember correctly?) by issuing new securities.

Is there a reason to panic sell I'm not seeing? The after hours price is down 0.28
