Thanks very much. Yes I have read those filings and I did discuss them on the board in the past.


However the DOJ is also saying that the real party in interest is uncertain and that Judge Block cannot award the Anchor Litigation Proceeds until the real party in interest ratifies the Action.


The last filing I have is Judge Block's Order on January 7, 2011. I do not have access to Pacer and the filings I have were given to me by another investor. Can you tell me if there are any later filings than the January 7, 2011 Order staying the proceedings?
