I don't have time to look into it right now, but for clarity, my post was in response to an incorrect claim that steel companies don't buy iron mines. Obviously, cursory research proves that vertical integration is common. While we do not know for certain what may or may not be in the works with Baosteel (or another company), it is most definitely reasonable, logical speculation.
