If they make an announcement on Sunday it should be well over 25 cents by the shareholder meeting (not agm).
Hopefully, the announcement will be made jointly with the partner, (ie., the partner is a recognizable entity). In which case it would not be done on Sunday but during or after market hours next week.

We need a name for once.
