Nice to see the pps slowly creeping up.

Since the R/S has already been authorized to be effective on JAN 31 - it could happen any time now.

Any day we could wake up to see the split has been enacted - then I would expect news to follow very shortly. It appears as though all this has been set up to follow a pattern:

R/S on JAN 31
"Acquisition" to close anytime
David Fann speaking FEB 1 at Solar Conference, after basically running into a hole and disappearing for months.

There should be a reason for all of these timelines to converge.

Something may be holding up the works. Hopefully, we will see soon.
